Capabilities / Shop to field

One steel package. Fully coordinated.

Detailing, fabrication, logistics, and erection stay aligned to the same release sequence—giving the project team fewer handoffs and one accountable partner.

Integrated scope

The work stays connected.

Each discipline has its own specialists. Every specialist works from the same project priorities, model, and field sequence.

Detailing & coordination

Our detailers coordinate directly with the engineer of record and project team, carrying connection requirements, embeds, deck edges, and erection sequencing into one fabrication-ready model.

Included scope

  • Tekla and SDS2 coordination
  • Shop and erection drawings
  • Connection design support
  • BIM coordination and RFI tracking

Structural fabrication

Two Texas facilities produce conventional and complex structural packages with traceable material, controlled weld procedures, documented hold points, and piece-marked delivery loads.

Included scope

  • Wide flange, HSS, plate, and built-up members
  • CNC saw, drill, cope, and plasma processing
  • AWS D1.1 qualified welding procedures
  • Primer, galvanizing, and finish coordination

Sequenced delivery

Fabrication releases, truck loads, and field priorities are mapped together so the right steel arrives in the order the erection crew needs it—not in the order the shop happens to finish it.

Included scope

  • Zone-based release planning
  • Load diagrams and piece-mark manifests
  • Just-in-time jobsite coordination
  • Material status reporting

Field erection

Field leaders work from the same model and sequence as the shop, aligning crane access, temporary stability, decking, bolting, and punch completion with the general contractor's look-ahead schedule.

Included scope

  • Site logistics and lift planning
  • Structural steel and metal deck
  • Bolt-up, weld-out, and survey coordination
  • Punch and turnover documentation

Miscellaneous metals

Keeping miscellaneous scope with the structural package reduces late interface conflicts and gives the project team one coordinated release and installation plan.

Included scope

  • Stairs and guardrails
  • Ladders, platforms, and catwalks
  • Lintels, embeds, and support steel
  • AESS and exposed feature elements

The operating sequence

Planning starts before the first release.

  1. Review

We study the drawings, schedule, site constraints, and bid scope before assigning a number.

  2. Coordinate

Detailing, procurement, and project leadership build one release plan around the field sequence.

  3. Fabricate

Material moves through documented cutting, fitting, welding, coating, and QC hold points.

  4. Deliver + erect

Piece-marked loads arrive crane-ready, with field crews aligned to the same model and schedule.
